Looking for a low priced Dual Xeon dedi server

Hello,

I'm looking for price offers for the following server specs (preferably located within the USA, but if the price is right, Europe might do as well):

CPU: Dual Xeon 2.XX / 3.XX (whatever u can offer, cheaper is better! )

RAM: at least 1 GB

Hard Drive: doesn't really matter, the cheaper the better, even 80 GB would be sufficient

Bandwidth: 10 mbps unmetered, or anywhere between 2500-3000 metered.

Software: CentOS + Cpanel or PLESK

The ability to provide RAM and/or bandwidth upgrades in the future for a reasonable price is also important!

I prefer to pay on a month to month basis and not prepay for a number of months,
Although I assure you that if I get a server from you I will stick with it for at least a year.
