Looking for 4GB/40GB+ -- cpanel

Am looking for a new reseller plan because my old host is having a lot of downtimes the last half year. Having 4GB/40GB, cpanel for $10/m. Have been their more than 2 years.

Am now willing to move on and get a new hosting company I can have for a couple of years.

Currently using 2.5 GB. Will probably climb to 4 GB after a year.
40-80 GB bandwidth
Currently using 22 GB. Will probably climb to 30-40 GB. Not more.
Latest cpanel/whm
With the standard unlimited pop3, subdomains, bla bla bla
Uptime guarantee
Just stay above 98.5% uptime
Not support demanding
Probably will only need support the first setup month. Then I will manage my self. Just keep the server up!

Server needs:
Safe_mode off
mod_rewrite
apache
php 4.0.4+
ImageMagick

If possible:
Server located in sweden or
Server located in Europe
full .htaccess permission

Cost: Max $12/month

Why do you lie to people by saying you can offer unlimited bandwidth and space?
What kind of business plan is this? Would you do business with a company that lies to you before you even talk to them?

Yeh, I don't understand... Most people go for set plans s they know how much they can use so they know they are not being overcharged and so they know what they can and can't use without it all closing down.

So how much are these unlimited space hard drives?

safe_mode off and mod_rewrite are not a problem.

Apache, PHP, and ImageMagik are installed. We run WHM/cPanel with Fantastico and XController installed.
