Good, clean design. I like the picture of the fish on the main page :).

Your cousin does amazing work! The best contact page I've seen on the Internet. :agree:

The contact page: Very cool, but the white space needs to be minimized as much as possible...would be better, IMHO, if it ended after the fish bowl.
 
I was browsing through the portfolio and resume pages...the font size should be a little bigger, so it's easier to read. Also, perhaps you could keep all of the link colors on the portfolio page the same, so that the look is the same every time someone views it.
 
The fish theme is awesome. I never would have thought of designing something like that. I really have to give him props for that!
