localnode is located in Phoenix Arizona, just minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. The site is accessible, central, yet based in an area that is free from common natural disasters. For maximum peace-of-mind.
Our home is a next-generation N+1 datacenter facility designed for speed and uptime in even the most challenging of circumstances. Featuring 200 watts electrical capacity per square foot the facility uses two medium voltage uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units fed by three separate sources. The site is supported by 5,700 tons of cooling capacity and unlike conventional datacenters Phoenix NAP features a 36 inch raised floor with no underwiring - allowing maximum air circulation.
