Is your site easy to understand?

How easy to you think your company site is to understand?
Do you have any terms a newbie might not understand?
Do you explain what certain things are?Eg. Bandwidth

Have you ever asked anyone to see if they understand everything on your site or checked it yourself?

I think a lot of hosting sites are hard to understand for a newbie to the internet and im sure customers have been turned off buying from your site simply because they couldnt understand it.

If you know what the terms are, it is very easy to understand, if not, you won't understand bandwidth and that, but we have a live support and encourage people to use it.

Never asked anyone to check it out and see what they think, but that is a good idea..

That truly what GordyMac said if you do understand you can click on the live support & answer all the question but I know they alot hosting out thet that got live support but they dont use it & it they of show.
