Is There a Host That Handles Autoresponders?

I operate an autoresponder for the networking marketing industry and I'm having a devil of a time trying to find a host for my services with reasonable pricing and a reasonable tolerance for an occasional spam complaint.

I'm doing everything in my power to be compliant with all rules and guidelines, and I control the source of email addresses being put into my system. All the email addresses we use are from a reputable source and are verified opt-in. Nevertheless, there is always someone who forgot, or whose teenage kid filled in a form, or who is simply not a well balanced person, and spam complaints of this sort will arise.

Anybody understanding of this out there, or do all hosts quiver and slam the door on small businesses every time some person of unknown credibility in a trailer park in North Dakota hollers "spam". If I were Xerox or IBM, I wouldn't have to ask, but since I'm just a guy trying to make a living, I have a problem with this.

An autoresponder sends a series of messages at predetermined intervals. I am a small operation right now with about 100 users, and we're sending about 2 million emails/day, but expect to grow as I am providing a quality service and staying as clean as possible with spam blocklists. So, yes, it involves large amounts of emails going out, and with that volume, it is practically impossible not to have someone somewhere complain.

Oops, forgot to mention, yes, we're looking for a basic dedicated server, unmanaged, with Redhat 9 and no control panel. Just a basic box.

Thanks for the point of order and the Webster's definition. Not very helpful, but I appreciate the thought.
