The $2,500 will supply 100 Thanksgiving meals, with each meal feed six to eight family members of the students who attend Phoenix?s Thomas J. Pappas School. Each dinner includes an 11 to 13 pound turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, vegetables and pie.
"When I heard on the radio that The Real Gift Foundation hadn't reached its goal yet, I knew we had to help," says Thomas Gorny, CEO of IPOWER. "If we need to contribute more to help them reach their goal, we'll do that, too. It is very important that we support people in need in our new community."
IPOWER is currently in the middle of moving its headquarters to the Phoenix area. Founded in October 2001, IPOWER serves over 350,000 customers in over 100 countries.
