How accurate are them internet speed tests that tell you how fast your connection is actually running?

Also.. where are some good ones to try?

That is my results, which could be true.. my dad got our speed tested locally not too long ago and it was 1.5mbps.. and the since uncapped all our connections.. so it could be true.
