Installing Apache server

I've just installed apache server, and when pressing on the start buttom on the control panel it keeps giving me

Busy...
Apatche service started

anyways it don't write running, and when accessing http://localhost it bring nothing (The webpage cannot be found)

What is the sever you are using? whare you are trying to install that at all?
Could you please be so kind to add more information ?
