Import trigger

I want to import he trigger in my databese.
But I got errror super privillages.
How I can import the trigger.
My hosing is shared hosting.

Please help me, If any one knows.

Have you tried to do that in help of your webhosting provider. I assume that firstly you need to make sure that is allowed
