There are a lot of options for a cheap host and most of the ones I've found are listed on this site. Take some time to look around and you'll find a lot of great stuff here and some deals you won't see anywhere else.

godaddy is a seller of domains at very cheap/competitive prices. You can even find some coupons on the net to lower the price even more :O. If your looking for a really cheap domain the .infos are priced at a mere $0.99 but remember .infos are not widely known about Good luck

My suggestion was going to be Godaddy as well. I have used them for a number of years and have mostly been please by their service. They are a little slow in the customer service department, but other than that I have liked them.
