I hate holiday shopping

I have decided that next year I am going about this sooner rather than later. I ordered something for a friend of mine and it was back ordered but the website did not state this anywhere, on the product page, in the ordering process. I called the place after I ended up submitting the order to see what was going on and the lady talked to me like I was an idiot. I swear some places just employee jerks during this season.
 
Honestly, from what I've seen of retail customer service lately, they mostly employ jerks no matter what the season is. I don't know who took the "service" out of customer service but I sure wish they'd put it back!

I always say that I'm going sooner then later but, that never happens. Haha, I hope it works for you. The holiday season is obviously a stressful time for everyone. I hope next year goes better then this year for you.
 
I came really close to just telling the person to cancel my order since their website screwed me over with more money to spend on shipping. Then I was ready to go ahead and just start writing out checks to everyone instead, still might do that next year though.....so its on the back burner just in case.

Maybe it's simply that there are more jerks around as time passes, so they just hire what's available? :shaky:
