Im looking for any free software or website which i can update my all Social Media groups and pages as like FB Twitter LinkedIn or ... at once time

A word of advice however, pushing the same content to multiple social media platforms generally means you're missing the mark. The type of person that uses Twitter is very different than the one that uses Facebook.

You need to write your content for your intended audience if you plan to get results.
