how to know release of new websites

New websites are released everyday.

How can I know about the release of new website addresses and their types/categories (e.g. news, tech, IT, education, sports etc. etc.)? Lets say today 1000 new websites are released for public access. Where can I find upto date info, about released websites AND their categories, on the internet?

However what you are looking seems quite impossible.
For example I buy a domain today ... and I don't know ( I the owner ) when I'll launch it. How can anybody else know about the launching date?
 
Alexa as mentioned above would be your best bet, you'd get the url via that and with a spider you'd be able to collect data about the site.
 
Alexa does not start showing website instantly when they are registered. Also, in its built-in search it also does not show sites with low ranks.

So, it is impossible to have a list of every day released domains.
 
Your query is not possible, you can know about new registered companies by reading newspaper, magazines etc but it is just not possible to get a list of newly released web sties.
 
It is highly impossible to know the release of websites and its niches. I think there is nothing introduced to track those details. But you can view when domain registered and will get expire in whois by typing the website address.
