How to get a GPRS connection?

I have a Nokia 6010 . It says GPRS connection not available.How do you fix that? It is networked with CellularOne.

Did you check with your service provider?

What I did was I went to the network company of my sim pack and had my phone get a GPRS connection so I can access the internet menu of my phone. Try it doing it too!
