How to change Java in a Linux Centos 3 server?

Hi,
I have this problem, I am installing an utility that is developed to use SUN JAVA JRE, and my VPS has JAVA GIJ. The owners of the utility saids that they don�0…7t endorse GIJ and that I need to change the JAVA to SUN's JRE.

Would you be very kind to point me on how to do the change?
