Hi,
How can i offer my clients our own Credit card Payment processing system on website. the customer should complete the CC payment processing without leaving our website just like other web host giants like HostGator and Justhost.

Have you looked at PayPal? ;)

Your clients can pay with their credit/debit cards directly without ever leaving your website if you're using PayPal Payments Advanced for $5/mo. You would have to make sure your website is PCI-Compliant as well, of course.

but PayPal doesn't accepts credit cards from India to pay Indian merchant. can you suggest anything else.

You'd probably need to speak to any local bank. There's no way most HD members to know how does the local e-commerce market operate.

Thank you

So OP you should have included this in the original post. However, when it comes to the answers that are being presented here, they are mostly applying to USA merchants. However, assuming YOU / YOUR BUSINESS are the Indian merchant, you'd need to take a look into your local banks and credit card processors.

+1 for Stripe. Well, as long as your country has access to it you should use it. It's developer friendly and you can easily integrate it into your billing system. It is not like 2CO where you have to click on a link and then be directed to 2CO's website to submit payment. With Stripe integrated to your site, the customer will simply enter their cc details on your site's order/checkout form and the payment is processed by Stripe. It offers a more fluid process for your customers and helps enforce your brand.

Stripe is the solution you're looking for, but is currently not (yet?) available for Indian businesses. It's very easy to set up and there are modules available for all popular billing software.

If you are from India you can use CCAvenue, Skrill (moneybroker) or 2CO . These are working fine for indian users
