How old is your PC?

How old is your PC or the Pc you are using now?
I have a few PCs but the one im using now is quite old, I think its around 2-2 and a half years.

Still remember when I got it though because I was waiting for ages as it was late :rolleyes:
 
Oh man.. you don't even want to know :P

I'm not sure how old this is, but I'll give you the specs and you can determine that yourself..

AMD K6/2 450mhz
64mb ram
9gb hd
IBM Aptiva
Windows 98

I think that would make this at least 5-6 years old.
 
Wow that is old hehe.
Is it slow or running ok?
Can you run many programs at the same time with so little ram?
Think i have 512 ram on this and still have problems with the PC going slow with a number of apps open at the same time.

I need to clear out my hard disk, have about 36gb used out of 40gb on my main hard disk so it needs to be done :)
 
Oh I'm running 192mb ram now, I run things fine acutally, very fast and on WinXP at that..

I play music, check for emails on Outlook, MSN, AIM, IRC, ICQ, Yahoo all open, checking this website and have MSN Gaming Zone open without any troubles.

The music never even skips :)

Do you open all those programs?
Why dont you get something like trillian?That runs then all (MSN, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, IRC) inside the one program.

Do you play games on that PC?
 
Well I do use Trillian most of the time actually, as well signed on to MSN since I am usually on two at a time. I use mIRC for IRC though.

Yup I play all my games on this computer, this is my baby in my room :)
