How much should I charge for an Administrator?

Hi Guys,

At the moment I do not have much time to admin everything myself on my server, and still learning the pro and cons about it all.

But if I employ an admin how much should I pay them?

Also would anyone recommend one for me?

Well, the Rate is About $50/Month to $100/Month (To- Fully manage the Server)...

Currently the one that manages our Server offers Server Management for $50/Month on our Site...

When I was an Admin I charged $75 a month per server now that I run my own company I have 2 admins and I pay them both $65/month. I also have a admin on deck incase one of my other admins goes away or something.
