How much do you pay your support techs?
Do you pay them monthly, weeky, by the ticket or something else?

Does your pay change depending on their experience?
How do you work that out?
Have you given an increase in pay? What for?
Do you ever give bonuses?




How do you pay your support also?
Check, paypal, direct debit or what?

I've only outsourced support a couple of times (while on vacation) and generally paid between .20-.30 per ticket... Paid them via check and PayPal.
