I have not heard of them until now.

There doesn't appear to be anything unique about what they are offering. Clickbank, Shareasale etc are very similar and have been around for many years.
 
I've worked with them as an affiliate but in my experience I never promoted any webhosting company there. As there is lot about marketing and self help stuff. So I don't think it will work.

Suggestion: Try to partner with a web development course on udemy. OR create a free course offering your hosting trial
