How about them Cardinals?

I'll admit I was excited last night when St. Louis took out Milwaukee in the NLCS. I cannot wait to see them win 4 more against Texas. Anyone else like baseball here?

Well, obviously, I'm a Cardinals fan. When they were out 10 1/2 games in late August, we all figured their season was over - but wait! They did what they had to do to squeak into the playoffs and look at them now - heading to the World Series this Wednesday. You can see the stadium from one of our data centers downtown - it's going to be busy down there for a while. :)

They've got an awesome lineup and their bullpen has been lights out in the last two series, beating the Phillies and the Brewers. I'll be wearing Red on Wednesday. :D

I was interested to see if you were into the Cards. I have my ball cap sitting on my printer. I had to turn my cable back on after a year of it being off so I could watch the final months and the post season. lol I was doing so good without it.While I maybe the competition, I think i'm going to have to come down sometime to see that.

Yesterday, standing room only tickets were going for $265 each. Parking was $40 for the play offs - wonder what it will be for the World Series?

Break out the brooms. I sense a SWEEP!!
The game last night was incredible and the rest of the series looks to be very competitive. The difference last night came down to the bullpens. Their relief pitcher gave up a clutch hit that put the Cardinals ahead to stay, and the Cardinals relief pitchers, once again, shut them down.
