Hours Per Day

How many hours per day do you put in to your hosting business? Has this got less over time as you have taken on staff to share the work load?

Do you have set hours you work or are you with a computer or some form of internet connection where ever you are so that you can answer emails quickly?

I work from 10am to 2am (see still up here USA eastern time 2.12am)
