Hosting in Papa New Guinea

Hey guys, im new tot he forum!

I heard and I am kinda shure that In Papua New Guinea and in countries nearby laws regulating web hosting still dont exist... anyone know any Hosting company there or there about?
I need to host a few gigs... less than 20 for a reasonable price, or to find a way of hosting files not in a place where laws regulate the sharing posting of certain software.
