5.Accurate hours for support that are staffed.

* We are currently experiencing exceptional uptime (very close to 100% and far greater than 99.5%) following our move to Equinix two months ago and our clients couldn’t be happier about it.

What we can't promise you:
1. 24/7 support
-The prices are so low because you are expected to help yourself more often than not but we are more than happy to assist you whenever possible.
