hostime trouble...

I'm at my wits end and have no idea what to do. I want to sort out some issues concerning my domain name and such with my host, but i cannot for the life of me find a way to contact them!
I have tried emailing, but i got an automatic response saying it never went through.

i have tried using the form on the website, thats not working, it starts "sending" but an error comes up and its stuck on that page.

I have tried their livechat, that is down also. It says i need to enable cookies or something but they ARE enabled.

i really dont know what to do, to be honest i want to cancel my account, as i dont want to keep paying every month. But, to cancel means emailing them and then im back to square 1! Please can somebody help me! i dont know what to do!!?
 
When you send them an Email use a invisible tracing service like readnotify.com to see if they actually got the email and read it. I have used this a few times successfully to make sure my clients did in fact get their disconnect notice before I terminate them.

Our services are easy to use and customer service is always available. We generally respond to emails submitted through our helpdesk within 11 minutes. Unfortunately, I can't direct you to our helpdesk at the moment because of technical difficulties. However you are welcome to email support@hostime.com and we'll reply within 30 days (average response time, only). In addition, you can use our livehelp system during business hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, thus you speak directly to a customer service agent who can submit a ticket to support on your behalf.

Since November, we have experienced some minor difficulties with our email system, and we hope to resolve these issues shortly. Our technicians are working around the clock, so-to-speak, to satisfy your every demand. In the interim you can email management@hostime.com and our management team will review your account once our email troubles are resolved. If you experience any errors with our livehelp system, first ensure you have enabled cookies and are using the Apple Macintosh operating system. If problems persist, please email support@hostime.com for assistance and we will reply promptly.

We acknowledge there are some issues with our contact form but these should be resolved very soon. To be honest, our design team was so caught up by the concept of AJAX that they decided to add it to our contact form when they hadn't used AJAX before. Unfortunately it didn't work thus our contact form doesn't work. When our new web site is released in Q4 2007 this should be resolved.

It is easy to cancel your account! Just email cs@hostime.com for information on how to proceed. We're proud of the fact that it's just as easy to cancel your account with us as it is to signup. We're "sorry" to see you leave and hope that you consider trying us again.

In summary, your post is misleading and in many areas libelous. We take pride in our services and product offerings, which are used effectively by 1000s of smart computer-savvy customers worldwide. It is not our duty nor our objective to assist customers who are not computer literate.

Wow, this thread was very interesting. I hope the OP had all their issues resoved in a satisfactory manner. Maybe they will come back and let us know.

Heeey! Never head of Readnotify, but what an excellent tool.
