Host gaming forums but not the gaming servers

I figure a good many people do this and we are one of them. Sometimes clans/guilds have no real place to go and have a forum setup without advertising (ick) or some other type of "not really a freebie freebie" hosting place. Good niche or no?

I have seen a number of clan specific web hosts for websites and forums, and a few even had minimum advertising or no advertising, but some of those hosts are also fairly selective in who they will and won't accept to join the service.

I've come across a few clan-oriented hosts, but not many. Companies like Game Servers offer web hosting to their game server and voice server clients at no extra charge (minimum web hosting package).

I assume that keyword here is "forum", not "game server"
Work on the logs to make sure how much do you need. If you have small forum web hosting account will be fine. If you need something bigger - look at the VPS.

It is not uncommon to find a person who will host various clans forums and websites, but it is usually limited to people that they know from somewhere, but others may be a little more accepting to the outsiders.
