Holiday Cards from the customers - Do you get them?

Well I just got our first holiday card from a customer with good remarks about services and such and that just made my day today :D. He also added a nice little flash for us to see. It was so thoughtful, to me, that he sent a card to each department :). I actually never expected such a thing but passed the card along to the staff. I don't know why...even though I don't celebrate the holidays...but that just brought a nice warm feeling (it was a big reward for me as I take my business seriously).

My question is does anybody else get any happy holiday cards from clients and if so what is your reactions? What do you say?

Basically what I did was send a thank you letter back and wished him a safe and happy holiday.

Although this business is tough..at times like these it sure is rewarding :D.

Thats very nice of your client :) you are lucky, and that is certainly a good sign of how your business is doing in terms of customer service.

We received quite a few cards in the mail this year (first time in 5 years actually).

It does feel really good. Not only does it let you know that you're doing a good job, but it also lets you know that your efforts have put you in the mind of your customers, on a personal level.

Our staff was extremely happy to see that their efforts were appreciated in such a personal way.

Well in the past I never received any physical cards from clients but I received a couple messages via email and messenger services. Even those left me feeling pretty good. None this year but the fact that I no longer run my own company probably has somewhat of an influence on that.

We usually receive a few cards from clients.

Every year we send out Holiday cards to each and every client :santa:

None this year....However, a nice phone call and an instant message today saying great job. Those always are nice. Congradulations on the cards.

Happy New Years!!!
