I like perldesk most.
Easy to use for support reps and customers, not too expensive, not overloaded with features you dont need.
Exactly what I want really
 
I know a few use their own methods instead of a coded help desk, is that what you do Jose?

If anyone does just select "Other" in the poll and include in a post what you do instead
 
Currently I use EdgePanel...it is an awesome helpdesk system with LIVE CHAT as well so you could chat with your customers if you have a quick question.
