Help Needed about Godaddy Dedicated Servers

Hello

I am hosting 30+ sites with godaddy, MobileMastee . com is one of the high traffic site getting 10,000+ visitors per day.

It has 72GB of data - I am getting notice from godaddy to move it to Dedicated server as often it has 100+ users and it shows SERVICE TEMP UNAVAILABLE (503 error)

MY CONCERN IS - IS THERE ANYWAY TO MOVE ALL DATA TO NEW SERVER WITHOUT DISTURBING TRAFFIC FOR A SINGLE MINUTE ? PLUS I DONT WANT TO LOOSE ADSENSE INCOME FOR SINGLE DAY

PLEASE HELP
