I am new in PHP. I am search software for easy create PHP scripts. I am try use Zend but it is not free. I need cool IDE with ability remote debuging of php script in server.

I thought Zend was a free item. Unfortunatly I am not a coder and am not sure on this one. Hopefully someone will be able to answer soon.

The Zend libraries are free, however the IDE is a paid item.

I use HAPEdit and edit a local copy of my site then only upload tested code, so have no experience of remote debugging. Why would you even want to run a remote debug on development code, this should not have left the development environment, let alone be uploaded onto a remote server.
