Help : Kickbutthost

Hi Everyone i'm new here an just have a question. Does anyone know whats happning with Kickbutthost.com , i got my hosting with them a few days ago but i can not get into the cpu or anything not even the main site for them. It said yesturday that the account was suspened but it said that for everyone and everything to do with kickbutthost.

So mate what do you think this all means do you think that we will be able to contiune with them ? , May it be that they are changing Servers ect ?

Its hard to say since it looks like the host is under new ownership. You could either wait it out and see what happens or find a new host. If your site is not working and the company website shows suspended that is not really a good sign.

Even if it was sold they should have gone about the transfer process in a better fashion.
 
Mmh yes , it does seem weird does'nt it. I only signed up for it the other day and i was going to set it all up and thats when i realised , No money is out of my account as we speak but they did say 4/5 days . I suppose i need to wait and see how it goes , it aint a big site and tbh money is a bit tight atm :(
 
get a new hosting company and try to get your money back. If a host can not get you up in a day for shared hosting .. there is something wrong
