Helm Control Panel

Hi guys

Anybody have experience with Helm control panel? I used helm 2005 - 2006 . is it fully outdated. ?

Most of the people now uses CPanel... that is most trusted now a days,........

Helm is a windows control panel.

I still use it on my legacy 2003 server

Try using Parallels Plesk CP, which supports Windows as well as their Helm CP

Parallels does not seem to be promoting it any more. Many windows hosting solutions are coming with Plesk now and not with Helm.

Helm really doesn't compare to to Plesk since Helm supports a distributed system and Plesk does not. Helm is more like Parallels Plesk Automation

Parallels bought Helm and killed it. It was a good product, but not now.

Yes, helm is outdated. I used this panel on my server in 2003-2005, we decided to switch it to Plesk as Plesk is more reliable and have much more functions and features.

Frankly speaking, Helm was easy for a beginner and was not complicated for the server administrator.In case you will need some consultation, just pm me and I will help you to manage the panel.

I googled it up and saw tons of negative reviews.

If you was working on Windows hosting back to few years ago, Helm is one of the best control panels on Windows, especially Helm version 3. However, as said, it's killed after acquired by Parallels

Solus? Do you mean SolusVM? It's totally different purpose software.
