G'day. 
Bob here. Most of you know me, so we'll keep the intro short and sweet.
For those that don't know me, I'm 36, 5 (soon to be 6) kids, married for 13 years. Just moved into our new home I personally built. Still got a lot of work to do, and it'll all be done by Feb 06.
Webhost by trade, but getting into property development middle of next year too. I started httpme in 2001, and sold that in 2004. I'm now working on my 2nd hosting brand.
Building and managing duplex developments is a goal for next year, along with my hosting brand around the 2,500 client mark. I believe in goals, and hard work to make those goals a reality. I'd like to have one development built by the end of next year. I'm a carpenter by trade, and was a Builder, and hopefully will get the Builder's licence back next year.
I see myself building my hosting brand and building and maintaining my unit developments. Both are similar, in they're about customer service, and trading a product for money. They're both great tools for building wealth and passive or royalty type income.
