I know this company (**********.com) provides many bonuses like free domains for its clients, but what about the quality of their support?

Has anyone tried them to host?

I would like to know something.

I know what is **********.com, I just wanted to know if someone tried their services.

I have visited their site, know what do they offer and what bonuses I may have, but I do not know what is the quality of their services.

If someone would be so kind to help me, I would be very thankful!

is there any particular reason you like to choose **********? honestly speaking, I have not heard about them and it is the first time I heard about them (and it is from you :) )

If you have a good budget, it's better for you to choose other host.
 
I think that they must have the support forums on the web site and I think that it would be good idea to visit them and see what their real customers say.
 
one of my friends didn't have a good experience with them...he mentioned there horrible customer service...that's all I got from him...
 
It seems here people either do not know, or dislike **********.com... I can say - in vain. This company was good when I used them, I went away because i needed something more than shared hosting, but I liked their service. I wasn't perfect, but good enough to be the client. Especially I was glad with having a domain for free.

However, everything changes, and I may not be right, for now.

well, shade, I believ you should try their support ticket, and decide if they are good or not...
 
I have not heard of **********. That does not mean they are either good or bad. I would recommend you follow HL-James's suggestion and google them to see what you can find like any user experiences and trusted reviews of their services.

The other option is to just try them out for a month and see for your self how they are. The main problem with that though is that a lot hosts can do great until a disaster happens and it is how they handle that disaster that sets them apart from the rest.

Is that bad? i do not think so. Many companies are 'just resellers' like **********.com - but that doesn't mean they have any bad service.

After reading this thread I think you may try this company, the more so because of having free domain name.

Contiloop, I don't think you get what I mean. 'Resellers' of ResellersPanel aren't really resellers. They are just under a 'glorified affiliate program'.
 
Well, I never heard of this web hosting company but the best thing to do, is search google for reviews of their services and also look at your budget. If you have a good amount of budget, it's normally better to choose a more popular hosting company. Otherwise, just search for reviews, or if you really like what they have to offer, just try it out and then post a review about it.
