Harold Shipman - Found Dead in Cell

Killer doctor Harold Shipman took the secrets of 215 murders to the grave when he was found hanged in his prison cell today.

Britain’s most prolific serial killer was discovered before dawn with a ligature made from bedsheets, hiding behind a curtain in his cell.

The former GP’s apparent suicide – the day before his 58th birthday – was greeted with shock and disgust by relatives who said he had “taken the easy way out”.

His death will end their hopes of ever knowing why the bespectacled monster killed their relatives over a 23-year period in Hyde, Greater Manchester, and Todmorden, West Yorkshire.

To the very end, Shipman had shown no remorse and made no confessions.

What do you all think of this?
I think he really did take the easy way out...a lot of people will feel hatred for him in their hearts after not showing one bit of remorse for all the people he murdered.

Heard on the news earlier that his wife was in with him the night before he killed himself, I wonder what he said to her, or maybe even what she said to him.

Whoa.. that is crazy.. yeah maybe she said something that ticked him off eh.. but then again, he didnt seem all there anyway so maybe he just thought of it himself..

I think it may have had something to do with depression.
It was on the news he lost his privilages in the jail, including a TV, he got a lower number of visits from family etc. etc. and that hapened in December after misbehaviour.

The workers in the jail said they noticed a decline in his behaviour around that time so maybe something inside him just changed....
Maybe it got to him being in jail, but i would have thought he would have at least said sorry to the families

Sadly, true "serial killers" will never show remorse, as they usually believe they are serving a higher purpose.

Truely deranged, but in their minds it all makes sense..

Thankfully, I cant understand that, but thats the theory none the less...

Thankfully, I cant understand that

I think we are all thankful that you cant understand his way of thinking ;)

Im sure he did think there was some meaning to it and some reason for him doing it.
Guess we will never know....
