Hands-on breaks Alexa top 100,000 sites

Not sure if this belongs in this thread/category or not - so Artashes move it to something better :)

I've been watching the progress of our website on Alexa over the past couple of weeks and finally we've broken into the top 100,000 sites as ranked by Alexa.

Currently ranks at 25,095 in the US and 99,516 it's a milestone for us to reach. It now allows us to have daily ranking/monitoring of where traffic is spending time and how much of it. Granted, HD is at 59,295 and we've got a long way to go, but it's a milestone for us none the less ;)

Figured I'd share in my little bit of excitement for today!
 
Oh that is cool news, Conor, congratulations! I am big, no, HUGE on stats. Love watching the trends, changes, how stats get influences by various decisions, etc.

This stat was interesting (not sure how accurate it is though):

Percent of total visits to handsonwebhosting.com preceded by a visit to the upstream site.

Yeah, that 11% comes in handy Artashes :)

The trick is managing to stay within the 100k mark - although with the tweaking we've been doing and the linking and visits on our various sites we SHOULD be able to stay in the forefront of things.

Time will tell!
