Hi all,
I haven't yet formally introduced myself, so here goes nothing =)
My name is Scott, and im the proud owner of HostMyThing.com. Right now, we offer Shared hosting, along with leased dedicated servers at numerous datacentres. As we expand, I hope to offer VPS solutions as well. I guess you got to start somewhere :)

As far as qualifications go, I am currently employed as a Network Technician in a local School District. In addition, I have worked on the server end of things for years for numerous hosts, working for free most of the time for buddies and friends of mine. I also plan on working on a few more certs. this coming summer.

So, last June I decided to start my own hosting company (why not?). And here I am today. We have managed to survive almost a year now, with all figures in the black thus far. My goal from the start was not to be a Fly-by-night host, (Ive had some experiences with some... not fun) and I'd say ive managed that so far.

Our website, hostmything.com, is still "under construction". Most of the functionality is there, but numerous pages and KB articles are still absent. This hasn't been a problem, as clients will just open a ticket with any questions.

So there you have it! Greetings to all from HostMyThing!

Welcome Scott

Like your site and your WHMCS integration, although if i were you i would use the new WHMCS theme rather than the outdated portal theme

Scott! So nice of you to take the time to introduce yourself and to tell us a little bit of your background. People like you is what HostingDiscussion is all about - having the desire the learn and trying to do things right the first time.

Not only your experiences will be valuable for others here, but with that approach to things, I have no doubt you'll grow HostMyThing into a serious venture that others will get to recognize with time as well.

Just like Terry, I really like your website (not a big fan of the logo, however, I think it is pulling the website down a bit), but I am certainly looking forward to its evolution.

Thank you once again and if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to drop me a PM.
