Indeed. Some see bad signs in all this, but whenever Google is being talked about, I always think that it must be pretty amazing to be one of the two founders and see how much you were able to accomplish in such a short time.
 
Yes I have downloaded Google Talk and I like it it's simple, it's fresh and it has that "Umph" which I like about it :)
