Reid says Dems might use carbon-credit revenues to fund health care

I had envisioned carbon credits being used to enhance our nation's energy infrastructure - wind mills and such. Certainly, many data centers are using GREEN to promote sales. What are your thoughts?

Hard to say without more details.
"Credits" have to be translated into money at some point.
If money is spent it has to come from a source.
What is the advantage to this idea?
