Yes Michael. I don't think the $750,000 will be recouped simply by the press coverage Godaddy's getting, so it does look more like a "we want to happy happy employees" thing. Then again, happy employees means higher productivity, better attitudes towards the customers, happier customers who are more likely to spread the word and there comes marketing again.
