Well, let's put things this way: the communists would have never allowed her (her "image") to exist (under their rule). She's a perfect example of capitalist decadence. :D

Well now, for a "star", it (sort of) makes sense to have a lot of marriages. Each wedding and each divorce comes with its share of coverage, and all publicity is... publicity.. :D
