Dear folk

A domain for a business say called ABCwrecking.com

The ABCwrecking.com is using G-Suite for their emails since 2017 new issue in sending and receiving emails

Their website is hosted not G-Suite

In their website like any other website, it has customer’s inquire page where a customer types his/her details & his/her inquire and click on a submit button ,,,,that should be delivered as email to the inbox of G-Suite email which is info@ABCwrecking.com,,,,,,,,but it won't reach

The developer of the websites put couple of emails for testing purpose The inquire won’t reach domain ABCwreckings emails (info@ABCwrecking.com or operations@ABCwrecking.com) but it reaches any other emails (Yahoo, gmail.Hotmail,,,,etc)

G-Suite technical support says not our problem as it is website related, and developer says why inquiry page reaches all other emails but not G-Suite means problem with G-Suite

Any advice what could be the culprit ?

Thx

If the mail is reaching the inboxes of other Gmail accounts and Hotmail then it sounds a bit strange...

How is the website sending the mail, is it through G-Suite SMTP, a different SMTP server, PHPmail, or something else?

MX Routing.
Check the server where you're hosting the site. Verify that the MX is not routing mail locally.

If you're using cPanel, under the Mail section, click the option for MX Routing and set it to External.
Other hosts have similar methods, but cPanel I remember off the top of my head.

Essentially, you're doing local routing (which is normal in most cases) but since the mail is really hosted somewhere else, you need to define that the MX lookup happens external of the server.

Concur with Conor as the issue is not G-Suite, rather the email configuration with your current hosting provider. It's a simple fix.
