In conclusion this guy has no idea supposedly who the other person is! Then he admits that the TEST IP that I receive over 200ms which just went down to 189ms is not the TEST IP for the servers hosting IRC. Does any of this make sense? Obviously it does not and this is a company that I would definitely stay faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar away from!
