I got stuck using OS ticket but it is still kind of bugy so I got away from that fast.

I currently use the ticket system that came with WHM Autopilot.

Most control panels come with one (or have an addon available)

We use the one that comes with hpshere. Vovex mentioned WHM Autopilot, which I believe is an addon to CPanel.

I think OneOrZero is a pretty good helpdesk.
i have to work on a PHP project until Jan 2004 and I have been thinking of doing a php helpdesk but Im still not sure if I will or not.

I believe TicketSmith is a very good and simple helpdesk software and does the work that needs to be done.

look for perldesk 5.1 (that one was free)

Or buy the $30+ perldesk program. It is a really good program both versions.

Personally, because I own a copy of ModernBill I use the built in help desk feature. Makes everything easier for the customer so they don't have to have 30 million loggins.

I don't get many support requests, so I would have no reason to purchase PerlDesk,btw is there any free versions of pdesk?

I know all early versions were free because perldesk was always a free script when it was starting out
