Depends on what you define as a small organization.

I utilize a number of different forums - HD, HostHideout, WHT, WHIR, SiteGround, About, CreativeLatitude, a number of differenet eCommerce forums, our own personal forums & blogs and about 10-15 other places to keep on top of my game.

I'm actually a member on quite a few forums, but focus on HD and WHT primarily. Small is relative. Small or large, the most interesting / rewarding aspect of my position is learning something new everyday - often lots of things! I had a job once picking up paper rolls off of a conveyor belt and handing them to the lady on the other side of the belt so she could insert them into bags - eight hours a day - two 10 minute breaks and half an hour for lunch. Ring the buzzer - turn the conveyor belt on and off. I lasted all of four days!!
