Just curious what your favorite WordPress plugins are and why?

All-in-One-SEO is one of my favorite plugins definitely! I can imagine how tiresome would it be to do by hand all those things that this plugin enables you to do with ease.

I'll second All-in-One SEO as being one of the most beneficial and useful tools that I use daily on various blogs.

XML Sitemap Generator is also necessary.
Social Media Widget is another that is handy to get postings to twitter, facebook and others.

To number a few I also use and I can't go without: Akismet, Google Sitemap Generator, Yet Another Related Posts Plugin and others.

Next one would be WordPress Database Backup.

I've developed a few sites recently with WP Robot and Shopping Pages and recommend those plugins.
