This is not a post full of rich important content that you are probably used to reading although I think this is a very important aspect that a lot of people do not take seriously.

If you are marketing locally (which I highly suggest), then you must be aware of how you are doing so. I've personally seen the affects of businesses expanding to quickly. By this, I mean businesses will go out and market in large cities around them, but not just one or two- all large cities. This has devastated many businesses because they simply do not have the workforce to work with each individual client, and build a strong company image.

Just a personal opinion and probably a more well known one- but there it is anyways :)

Best Regards,

Best Regards,

Isn't this so true. This is true whether local or globally, to much business is not good business as well.

LOL - I'd rather have too much business than too little business. What I've seen over the years that's led to the demise of some companies is over diversification - spreading yourself too thin across multiple product lines. Of course, lack of funding and poor management play major roles as well. A great position to be in would be the ability to double your annual revenue without adding new staff.

yes bring on the business, good point on being to diversified, you should always find your niche and go with it. Wearing too many hats makes a heavy head.
