exe file upload hosting service

Please any body knows please tell me exe file upload hosting services. Because most of the sites are not allow for upload exe files.

That is the point though, where you are uploading the file in this case they do not want you/anyone to be able to just execute the file.

Zip, rar or tar would be the way to go. You could also add a ".whatever" after the .exe

This is the true question. If yes, this will be more problematic.

You won't find a hosting solution willing to let you upload .exe or other directly executable files; at least you won't be able to find a reseller that will let you do it. I'm sure you can understand why. Imagine the threat if anyone could point any public link to an exe file.

If you had a dedicated server you may be able to do whatever you want, but that's a lot of work just to run executables.

For our own education, can I ask why you would want to run .exe files? If someone can run .exe's they can certainly unzip them first. A lot of our exe files that we use are stored for internal use only.

You would not be able to do it in shared environment, specially reliable hosts never allow executable files. You should consider dedicated hosting for it.

Is there a genuine reason as to why you can't just Zip/Rar/Tar as others have suggested?

I would imagine that any shared host with common sense is going to specifically block .exe to prevent nasties and additionally, any end user with common sense is going to avoid clicking any links pointing to a .exe for the same reason.

Correct, there's also a good chance that AV on the client side will stop this from happening anyway.
