How much bandwidth does an e-mail account usually need? A lot less thank a normal website account I would guess.

Also maybe a category for email would be good on these forums.

An email account wouldnt use too much bandwidth unless you are sending or receiving a lot of attachments and it also depends on the size of the attachments.

I dont think a forum for email would be used a lot, there have only been a few posts so far about email so it would be pretty bare at the minute, even more bare than the server hardware forum

It would all depend on users - if they send 10meg attachments all the time then they need a fair bit - but it's a bit random normally and analysing mail traffic can be a pain as it's probably the most random.

If in relation to an account I'd guess at 5% if you want to play safe on allocation.
